Victoria Ross is our Founder and Your Coach. She has spent the last 30 years coming up with her own personal goals and, not only obtaining them, but figuring out what the difference was between the ones she obtained easily and the ones that kept eluding her.
For the past 25 years, in addition to meeting her own goals, she has been assisting others in obtaining theirs. She has helped people get better jobs, improve relationships, get married, get off drugs, get out of debt, overcome fears of public speaking, have children, open businesses, and see their long-term dreams become realities.

Desired Outcome Planning Sheet
In the process she has created unique systems and tools to make it easier for anyone to obtain their desired outcomes. These systems and tools work as long as the user applies the principles faithfully. They don’t need to use all the systems and tools. Just the ones that resonate with them, that they can commit to and implement.
One of the universal reasons that Victoria and her clients, did not obtain their past goals was because they had trouble staying focused and committed. For Victoria, she was spread too thin from lack of income, lack of support and long lists of intentions... which diminished her focus. For many of her clients they allowed self-doubt and/or outside influences to dilute their focus.
When your commitment is clear and you have help staying focused, it is easier to do what it takes to obtain your desired outcomes. Victoria's system does not require clients to do things that are beyond their resources or capabilities. All they have to do is define their desired outcomes (with Victoria's help) and utilize the tracking and rewards system that fits their personality best.
Our Success Circles are offered all year long, because it is our intention to support you before and after you obtain your desired outcomes. Maintaining your results, is just as important as obtaining them!
